Down sized from a 4br to a 2br and did not know where to put our belongings. My wife was persistent on having an inside storage unit. Most of our furniture was fairly new so my wife wanted us to get a climate control building. We found this place online and compared the pricing to local competitors and once visiting we knew our stuff would be secure. The owner is very sweet and took his time to explain everything. Then a few months later we found out I was being stationed in NY and half of our stuff couldn't come and after looking for storages up north we decided to leave half of our belongings in Alabama until we found a home. Still satisfied no gimmicks or hassle.

When I asked my daughter how much stuff you have to move and what do you want to do with it...her response "Not Much" and lets just bring it home....well Not Much was quite a bit and we needed storage now!!! We call Westgate, they we super friendly and asked when you need it, NOW was my answer...the response was come on over- they were honest (could have jacked up price but didnt) fast and the place is so nice. They saved the day. Thanks a bunch!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I love this facility. With all of the units being indoors, you never have to worry about the weather getting in the way of your move. The process to rent a unit was quick and straightforward, and the people working there are willing to help with whatever your needs are. The facility is clean, and I trust that my belongings are safe at Westgate Storage. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage facility in the Tuscaloosa area!

Love how itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s indoors, climate controlled & super easy to access by driving right up to the corridor where the unit is located.

I was lucky to find Westgate Storage. As a student at UA, I had a late start searching for a storage unit which makes it difficult in a college student filled town to find one. Westgate is very clean and strongly secured. Has a great concept of driving into a big warehouse/hangar to be as close to your unit as possible with plenty of dolleys free for use. Will be coming back if I need a storage unit for next year!

My daughter is a student at UA and we had a lapse in time between leases and moving this summer. The staff at Westgate Storage was extremely helpful over the phone to help us decide what size unit we would need and they were right! Paperwork was a breeze. The benefits of a climate controlled environment with the Alabama heat are common sense and to be able to drive directly in the building to the unit and have access to a cart for transporting furniture made the move easy and fast!! This is the place to store!

If you are a business customer and need a more custom size they can work with you on a more personalized solution. Feels safe and secure and certainly affordable.
