I was greeted right away, the process was super easy and quick.

I booked online and had a great experience when I arrived at the location. Alex was very helpful and the easy access in and out of the building was great. Live the lighting, cleanliness and organization of the place. Overall very happy!

I have used Modern Storage and was very satisfied. I am using them again, never considered calling another facility.

I would definitely recommend this storage location. I stopped in, got a storage unit the size I wanted, filled out paperwork and unloaded what I needed all in under 30 minutes. It was a delight to work with them. They were very customer service oriented.

First off Lorenzo was incredible he should train other employees how to interact with customers. I have never experienced a storage facility like this they have a business conference room that can be used by customers they have free Starbucks coffee hot cocoa bottled water cookies for the customers, there is music playing throughout the climate control storage units this place is clean, absolutely spotless. If you're looking for a place that's five notches Above the Rest this is the place!

Lorenzo was so nice!!!! I love the lock that i got put on my door , i feel very comfortable leaving my things at this place !!! 10/10 recommend !!!

Although this unit is 10 feet smaller and $5 more, I think I got a good trade when I changed storage units. I am much closer to home, less on gas and I am not tempted by all the fast food I am fasting from. lol. Just moved in so I will need a few months to retract any feelings after I move in stories. I am happy with my unit as long as no one complains that I am blocking the entrance or exit.

I was referred by my sister and her husband. The experience of the whole process was wonderful! Very clean and friendly staff. Lorenzo Hernandez was a true gentlemen and had a very good friendly attitude and answered all my questions.

Sergio was awsome as was his assistant manager.

Friendly service, nice new facility with great security. PIN access allows entry 7x 24.

Reserving our two storage units in advance were met with helpful; and considerate personnel relative to all aspects of the rentals. Upon arrival, Eli, was extremely welcoming; helpful; and thorough in not only giving us a tour de force of the facility but all the inherent features; benefits; and amenities provided. Were that not enough, the ambience; and decor of Modern Storage is impressive; and virtually captivating.

Facility is very clean & management were very helpful & courteous!
