Rick (Property Manager) is kind, but it appears the practices of the main office are less than ethical. We were sold an introductory price for a unit and the rent keeps going up on average every 3 months by $50! They are charging us insurance when we've provided insurance documentation multiple times and we cannot get anyone to return our calls and requests for an audit of what we've paid. I only have 1 receipt sent to me via email as requested and we've had this unit for over 6 months.

Facilities are clean and easy to access. The price is fair as it stands currently and as long as the fee does not start increasing. The only negative comment is that if the first month is $1.00, it should be a full month regardless of the date one moves in. .

This facility starts you at a fair price and then quickly begins to raise your rate. The rates I see on this website are half of what I'm paying now at the same location because they have continually hiked up my rates. Not fair to offer low rates to newcomers then start gauging you once you have your stuff there. It is a clean and nice facility and the woman in the office is super friendly. My complaint is against the greedy owners who continually and consistently hike up my rate.

Went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Excellent facility !

5'x5'	Small (25 square feet) The size of a small closet. Good for chairs, cabinets, electronics, boxes.
5'x10'	Small (50 square feet) The size of a large walk-in closet. Good for a mattress set, couch, dining room tables, chairs, boxes.
