It said $1 first month then $41 a month after. I was charged 2 months across the board. Including mandatory insurance that wasn't mentioned previously. All charged before I ever arrived. So $1 plus $9ins plus 41. $60. Then I arrived had to pay another months insurance and was told I had to purchase one of their locks, which I have my own. There's another $30. I know storages aren't cheap but I wasn't expecting to spend almost 100. That's not what was advertised. Nor expected. I'm already spending money moving, I thought I was saving. I could've kept my own stuff if I knew that was the price. And/or found a location much nicer than this one. Again very upset about but y'all took my money so I guess I learned the hard way. Y'alls real life appearance don't match your internet. Then it took me 45 minutes to get checked in even though I did everything on line. She knew nothing about the special.
