I had to make the reservation twice, first person I spoke to said I was all set, but never took any payment. I kept getting notification saying that my reservation was gonna expire so I called back in. I didn’t have any record of it.

Went to move in and had to use the machine since there is no actual workers, had issues with the machine working so had to call customer service. I feel if there was actual people then it would have been much smoother. Found a roach crawling around in my unit when i opened it but it is an outdoor unit so its to be expected.
