there's a new manager for hwy 271 and midland Blvd. in fort smith ark I spoke with Ms. Tonya yesterday and she is so wonderful and very professional she is very knowable about storage units and her professionalism is outstanding. she will go beyond to make sure you are comfortable and at ease with renting a storge unit. im highly recommending her for you storage needs.

Angel was very courteous and respectful. She addressed all my needs and concerns. When i had called to rent my unit, Angel answered my call even though they were not open for business yet. She opened the doors early for me to be able to rent the unit. I was very busy this day so i really didnt want to have to wait. She opened the doors early and was very quick to have me in and out even though it seemed as though everything was not going right. They werent opened yet but she opened the doors. The computer wasnt responding and she fixed it extremely fast. The printer ran out of ink and it was replaced quickly. The bar for the lock on my unit wouldn't slide over to allow it to be locked and she immediately grabbed her hand tools and fixed my lock. Angel is the best sales professional that i have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I will never use a different storage facility other than this one. I will recommend this facility to every one i know. Thank you angel for being my angel that day. You made my day so much easier. Thank you so much!

The lady that took care of us was very nice and efficient. She explained everything well and answered all my questions. I like that the facilities were fenced and you have to have a code to get in.

Good facility. Tony is always nice and helpful. Pricing is considerably more reasonable than other storage locations in town. The only thing I don't like is location, but only because I live on the other side of town.

I have been a customer of u-store it for over 2 years and have always found Tony to be extremely helpful and friendly. far beyond my expectations. I have had a stroke and have had some problems with my memory and with Tony's help ( calling to remind me) I have only had to pay late fees one time. that makes it possible for me to afford a larger unit without getting behind on my payment.
