It was a quick and painless process

Haven't been there for 3 days and already got broken into not been a very great experience so far

It was hard at first but think we got it

I'll tell everyone how easy and helpful the staff are

And Cat is amazing she has been a huge help to me. Very friendly,helpful and a hard worker when I need to move to a smaller unit I got a free month and only 36 a month that to me was an amazing deal

I made a reservation for a storage unit. I arrived before the office was supposed to be closed. Nobody was there to conduct business. I had my car packed down with items that I was intending to put in my storage unit. I had yo bring everything back to my house and unload there. This is not the way to conduct business.

Everything was great..from reserving it online. Had a small issue but called and spoke to someone who resolved it right away. And I am thankful for that.

Super nice employees. Buy your lock from them. It was less than $10. I took back the one that I bought from Walmart for $16.

The units are fairly priced. The location is convenient. They have a special for 2 months at half off, so that's also helps.

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and attentive! She was fast and kind. The pricing was great, especially for the size of the unit we rented!

I went to my late Mama's storage to pick up the dishes she left me. I had been given the number 1022 as the number of her unit. Well that wasn't right,then I was given a key that didn't fit this lock(or any other lock that we know of, Sis still isn't sure where it came from lol) I came down from the Little Rock area to do this "myself" because I was afraid of them getting broken if I I (OCD lol) wasn't there to watch them being moved! Bless her heart I went to her office 3 times in about 3min.p She was so helpful and kind to this nut.Helped me every way she was able. Thanks to her I was able to get my Mama's dishes ,and all in one piece. She smiled thru it all. What a lady! I'm sorry about not remembering your name,but in all fairness I have trouble remembering my own name. Thank you for everything you did.

The storage unit was very clean. The location is very convenient for me as well. The customer service was fantastic.

I have moved to Springdale and still have need of your services until I can find storage up here. I am just recouping from Surgery in October and have to have cataracts taken off both eyes either in February or March. I am very satisfied with the service and Tony does a fabulous job

Prices keep increasing. Other storages are starting to have lottery process for bigger units.

It's been a good storage place. With the exception of one break in that we lost some very valuables. But for the most part it's been really good

The owner was very helpful in making sure that not only did I get the building size I needed but also made sure I was getting a fair price as well.

I like Tony , he is always helpful. But the price per square foot is a little high especially with the current increase taking place. I will be moving to a storage with more room with comparable price.

If you're on a tight budget, U Store It has good prices. The manager is pleasant and easy work with and willing to work with you if there's a problem. Just make sure you have a strong lock on your unit and get one close to the lights.

Ken was very helpful. The office wasn't open when I got there, but he opened early just to assist me.

Tony is great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We contacted each other several times before my move and moving issues. Great person. I love the fact that I don't have to wait until their gate hours to get to my storage unit. Best scenario for me.

Tony was very nice, helpful and informative. It was a last minute move and I'm pleased with the overall experience.
