The only problem that I encountered was trying to remove the green lock tag that was on the unit door. I finally managed to twist it until it broke loose.

Signing in on the kiosk and customer service over the phone is a great way to do business. Security patrols the lot randomly and I feel that my possessions are in great hands. Would definately recommend their services to anyone needing storage space.

Husband put hands on me and I started looking for storage for me and my 4 kids. The price looks decent for the size where most are over priced. Reserved a unit for my pay day coming up.

Units and access to them are good. I was put in an unavailable unit to begin with and had to be transferred to an empty one. I had to do a little leg work to make sure that my contract was attached to the new unit instead of the original given to me. But, I am satisfied with renting here so far, and the 1st month free promo was extremely helpful and a reason that I decided to go with this storage facility.
