Good prices on units. Facility could use a facelift and definitely needs a good mowing.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had a good experience from the beginning the customer service was great from the second I was on the phone with someone from lake side storage she recommended me a unit and with minutes I was emailed the paperwork and the process went fast smooth within an hour I had the code to the gate and my instructions. When I called because I was confused on where to go . They were polite and helpful the place is well kept and clean and easily accessible. But the customer service I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t ask for better help .

I would recommend Lakeside Self Storage to everyone. The self storage unit was very clean. When you call they are very helpful. If you text them they get back to you in a very timely manner. I was very happy for the time that I had my Lakeside self storage unit.

Wish they could be more cleaner and better w prices considering the space room cuz the more u need a bit jump.

Its outside storage. My unit has no walk way or path to it. Just a big patch of grass full of stickers so its not barefoot friendly. Which alsomeans is its rained recentlyyou have to treck through mud. The floor in the unit was dirty and full of cut grass. A unit near by was open and you could see insulation falling from its ceiling. The gates are locked after 7pm which is very inconvenient for someone who works. Not a fan of a "set up fee" when theres no interaction with anyone in person and you're given a dirty unit to clean up before you use. Nothing was "set up".

I found great customer service and unbeatable online account services here. Its the best storage unit service I ever had! Rodent-free storage units and insurance protection availability makes this place A! And the prices are budget-friendly!

The online number I called was not directly in touch with the unit manager. Thus, some unnecessary communication. One person even called me after to book me, though I had already been booked. Overall, however, it was quick and effortless. You get what you pay for with the units.
