It's reasonable in price. I don't like that there is no physical office to go to about questions. The lady I talked that me set up over the phone was talking over me and through the conversation she was rude. Usually when you go into a office customer service is a little better than that.

The people that I was talking to on the phone was very nice did everything possible to make sure that I got in a lot and all went well very polite people nice and courteous courteous

This business is located in a nice neighbor hood with easy access to HWY 521

The concerns. Very small area for entrance. Check-in on the phone, while waiting at the gate. I had to wait about 15 minutes for a big U-Haul to check in, before I could enter and unload my items. No parking lot. The unit's roll up door needs lubricating, which I will do, myself. Otherwise, no other concerns.

Just move in about a week ago and it seems to be very secured.

Customer service is an ABS call service who is no where close to sight i was told by first ABS representative there is a gate code for the keypad. Nope just a lock and chain. There is a sign that says camera monitoring but no cameras. The phone number is to the previous owner. ABS phone service has no idea what the place is or what it looks like. Had to clean the storage unit out before loading. Not thrilled but came from a different area so was stuck.
