Modern Storage West Little Rock

I completed all of my paperwork for this storage online which was very convenient due to me not being able to physically go to the storage at that time. I was contacted via phone & was welcomed to the storage facility. Once I arrived to move in, everything was completed in about 10-12 minutes. The storage was clean & the staff was very nice. I would recommend this storage facility. It gets a 5 star rating

Easy to use locks and gate. The only thing is the gate code is a little long.

Don't bother with any storage that is not climate controlled. We had storage units get broken into and that grew mold from moisture getting in. Get indoor, climate-controlled storage NOW. This place was awesome. Excellent customer service.

Clean nice & convenient although was offered the moving truck but needed it next day & couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t because of a 48 hour notice clause, most inconvenient at the time

It was Sunday and all storage facilities were closed. I found Modern Storage online was able to reserve, pay and move in all online. When I arrived at the facility I found it very clean and moved in with ease thanks to the hand trucks conveniently located at the doors. THANK YOU MORERN STORAGE!!!
