I am reaching out to express my dissatisfaction with the challenges I experienced today when attempting to access my storage unit. When I arrived, I encountered difficulties entering the facility despite the codes provided, which required me to call the facility many times before I could gain entry. Additionally, I was assured that a new lock would be available when I signed up; however, no lock was provided. This left me in a position where I had to purchase my own lock to secure my property, which cost me $20.

Good communication Clean and climate control Reason for 4 stars is that you canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t drive up in front of your unit. They do provide large carts though to transport your belongings from the front door to your unit.

I am happy about the storage unit size and price. Unfortunately when the moving company arrived with our belongings, our entry code wouldn't work. I had to call and get a temporary code so they could unload
