Since they raised my rent $10 and I've moved I'm looking for storage closer and cheaper and here I see that they're still renting the same units at the original price I agreed to when renting in October 2025. Seems like they think it's worth paying a little more rather than have to move. I'm sure that'd be true if I had a lot of furniture and/or bulky/heavy items stored but thankfully I don't. Still it's not good business and it's the only reason why I'm writing this review. Their location is close to the freeway, clean, newly constructed with cameras and coded gate access only. The only thing I don't like is how long it takes the gate to close after I enter/exit - I'm sure not everyone waits for it to close to make sure unauthorized vehicles gain access.
