Facility is very clean but the one thing it’s missing is carts. This is the first storage facility that does not provide carts for loading/unloading. I now I have to make other arrangements to get my items moved in and was unable to move in on the date that I was supposed to.

Our reservation price was quoted as $85/mo but the kiosk check-in price was $89/mo so we had to call to have it fixed. Thankfully the customer specialist Miguel was very helpful and got us set-up at the correct price & moved-in.

I haven't really spoken to anybody so I couldn't really say anything about customer service except for the lady I spoke to on the phone when I booked the storage unit she was very nice and helpful other than that I haven't spoken to anybody I do get texts and emails
