The woman at the service desk was very kind and helpful, check-in and rental paperwork was easy. There were some unexpected fees for the lock and mandatory insurance, as well as an initial fee (this one I was aware of in advance) that almost tripled the price of the unit for the first month. The prices are very reasonable overall, especially for looking to store items more long-term.
