Overall an ok facility. The attendant was very pleasant and accommodating. The unit I rented had not been clean out but was cleaned up quickly. The next day I came to move in and the lock was stuck and that was taken care of lickity split. A two thumbs up experience.

I work and audit customer service so this is my pet peeve. Grant gave the best service, the storage unit was clean and accessible. Not only did he answer questions, he escorted me to show where I could find my storage unit. He was sensitive to my needs during the move-in process. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking. Great service, great prices. Thank you for my smooth transition.
