Superior Storage - Shady Grove

Convenient if you need something right away but definitely should not be a first choice.

So far this facility is much better than my old superior facility. When I was in my last unit, when I had issues the guy never even called me back or tried to contact me in any way. He seemed very cold and distant. The new site manager was very friendly, helpful, answered all my questions. he even had a goody bag for me. I had been a very loyal client for quite some time. I just needed a unit closer to home and this was closer, cheaper and much more welcoming. Thank you.

Original price on website is actually half the price you pay. Called customer service and they didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t give me a good reason why, nor did they refund me. Would look to other options in the future, despite the more expensive price.

The units. Are concrete floors. And most of the drives. The Roll up doors. Could use. Some attention. And the key pads. Could have Ben in a more easer place. To get to. But for the most part. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s good for what they are

I waited until the last minute to reserve a storage unit. I found myself in a bind. It was late afternoon on a Saturday and I had to be out of a place by the end of day Sunday. I had a rental truck full of my stuff but nowhere to take it. I called around but all the storage places were closed. I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know what I was going to do. Then on Sunday morning my phone rang with a number that looked vaguely familiar so I answered. It was Therisa from Superior Storage. I need not mention the test as you can guess. I must comment on how wonderful and accommodating she was. Thank you for taking a big burden off my shoulders. p.s. This happened in December 2020 and I promised Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d write a review, which I seldom do. Sorry it took so long.

The rental process was easy and very professional thanks to Terresa the storage is older but perfect for short term

She was not only professional, but being helpful. Helped me save money and rented me a wonderful storage unit in a quiet neighborhood. The only thing is the latch was very rusty and difficult to open. I will use wd-40 when I go back. Thanks!

I decided to go in early to get the paperwork completed and Teresa made the process as painless as possible. She was very kind and explained everything. When I left, I left knowing I made the right decision and would recommend to anyone needing a storage facility.
