The storage shed I rented was near the free dolly available that made the move in job easy. My husband liked the fact that the facility is gated so people from the street can't see what you're hauling in or out. We also like the fact that there's a real person there during open hours in case we have a question. Everyone was helpful.

After talking with the storage unit location staff, I held a storage unit online per instruction. I went to the location to finish the paperwork and drop off a first load. Unfortunately, the system was down and we had to call the customer support line to complete the rental and did so without incident. I provided the rental insurance to meet requirements and later returned to store more items. I was denied access to the facility. The staff was kind enough to tell me I had the wrong unit (in which I previously stored items). Turns out the customer service line and local facility assigned different units generating need for me to execute another contract and prove that I have renter insurance for a second time. Bottom line, a pretty straight forward process became a cluster wasting my time.
