From the website to reserve and the follow up with the lady in the office, this was a very easy yet feel comfortable that all is good process. When I went to the office to receive the unit, the lady, sorry I didn't get her name, was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Very happy with my choice of storage business and unit!

Young lady was most helpful. Unknown to her we found the rolling door tracks were almost completely loose from the walls. My friend re-attached both tracks to the walls and we advised her. She thanked us for our effort.

Price was very good. Narrow rows but still a foot wider than savon storage in San Diego. Employee was very helpful and knowledgeable. Easy to find. Near the U haul return spot. Can't think of anything that needs improvement.

I got a unit on line, moving from Las Vegas to bullhead witch takes one hour and a half we had to make it by 7:00pm sat or would be locked out had a truck to return also, my point is that we got to the storage at 6:30 and was greeted by the sweetest man on site he helped us get in our unit before we got locked in we made it before 7pm he is a sweet heart very helpful ty maro I think is his name..

It was raining the day that I came in and got my storage unit. The first unit I was shown had a leaking roof, hopefully that has been repaired. We couldn't get the second unit open. Third unit was the charm. Dry and clean, so I took it. I'm happy that it was raining that day or I would have put all of my cherished valuables in the first one and this being a very wet year so far, I would have most likely suffered the loss of some valuables. I have not moved any valuables into the storage unit yet. I'll have to rent a truck and make several trips, so I want to make sure I have the time to make it happen. Right now I'm busier than I have ever been; but the clock is ticking and I have less than a month to move my valuables. Stay tuned!

be sure to take your time getting in between the storage area space Very very Tight but once your in your good tell you have to leave depending on the area your storage may be

Altho the staff is very pleasant. I found Most units dry rotting and rubber seals needing replaced badly. The rows between storage rows is very narrow and trailers can barely get thru the drives.

Easy setup online, which I really liked! The lady called me the following day to confirm the reservation. When I got there, she wasn't very busy, attended me right away. Showed me the storage prior to doing any of the paperwork, which is great because wanted to make sure it was large enough. Got to spin the wheel, which took another $10 off my first bill. Great deal and I was done in no time!
