People friendly, units are clean, however getting access to units need. Improvement. Storing our car proved impossible after hours because we were not given the full code so we stayed in a motel until office opened in the morning.

It was great doing business with your staff. Friendly and courteous. Everything was done via the internet or phone. Upon my arrival, I received what I expected even the lock was provided. My first time using a storage facility and it was a great experience. Thank you!

We rented a site completely unseen as we don't live in the area full time. The unit we picked wasn't big enough for our use. Immediately, they found a larger unit, gave us a discounted price without me asking and we were on our way. They didn't have to discount the unit, but it goes to show how they understand people. We didn't need as much space, so they understood we didn't want to pay that much more, so we came to a price that worked for both our needs and their service. Honestly, if you go anywhere else, big mistake. The facilities are up to date with security as well, very important.

Nice and clean area. Easy access to move trailer around and park. Customer service was excellent! Easy to pay and reasonable rate. Would recommend!
