Working carts were necessary for me. Bad knees & neck issues. Working alone it was a question I asked your representative if you had carts. I had to purchase one for $99 from Home Depot to complete the job within the limited time I had so I would not injure myself. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m moving from out of state.

Carts do not roll well the wheels are bad. Feels like the brakes are on.

I have now rented two seperate units here. The storage units are new and I suspect that I made be the first to occupy either unit. The building is ke pad controlled in and out. My first visit after renting was a challenge. I got in the building just fine but the keypad to exit was not working. I was lucky to have my cellphone and call for help. They could see my three attempts to exit and tried to remote access the door, another failure. Finally they tried to remote access the outside paned, and the door opened. I would suggest that you have a cellphone with you inside the building. Other that that I'm happy.
