I can't say enough about how friendly and courteous Shawna was when we arrived on our very first visit. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure all my questions were answered. She took us to our unit and showed us the outside entrances. The entire place was clean and very well lit. I also liked how secure it was. I would recommend StorQuest to everyone who asks!

The unit was the size described, clean, and well-ventilated. Love that the area is climate-controlled. We were placed right near a door, so everything was easy to load, especially with the furniture dollies provided. Shawna was super friendly and easy to work with. Actually, the whole process was much easier than other places I've dealt with in the past.

We showed up to put our stuff in our reserved unit and were told it had been rented to someone else. While that was really irritating, the lady that helped us was able to secure another unit for us at the same price. We got halfway through unloading our stuff and realized we needed a bigger unit. She got us a bigger unit right across the hall from the other one, so that was great. Overall we left satisfied, just wish the reservation process had worked.

I was very uncomfortable putting my items in storage until I came to StorQuest. Very friendly staff and facility is top notch. I now can rest assured my items will be safe until I get them out. If I have to continue to store some items it will definitely be here.

This facility is new, modern, and very clean. Aisles and units are spacious and well lighted. Unit price is a good value per square foot, and I was pleased to find such large units (about 10x20 sq ft) that are indoor and climate-controlled. Individual units are secured with locks that fit inside the door, so they are completely inaccessible without a key. Shawna, the manager, is helpful. However, as with anything involving assumption of risk these days, there were many details to understand, and that took some time. She may not be accustomed to customers who actually do want to understand the "fine print"! (Not that there's anything hiding in there, it's just good to understand it.)

The customer service representative was kind and very courteous. The entire rental process took less than 10 min. The storage units are located in a former Target Store and very very clean. Unbelievable adaptive reuse or a building that would otherwise sit vacant.

It was very clean. The peoe there were very nice and took time to explain everything. Walked me through some of the facility. The place is brand new. It's a converted Target store. All the units are brand new! Lighting was good and motion controlled. The temp for climate control was good. There were several carts that I could use to move my belongings in or out with.overall I was very satisfied .
