Cody was amazing! He was informative and helpful. He made moving into my unit so fast and easy.

We reserved the space online and was able to move our stuff into the unit right away. Austin was great at the front office area and showed us around and gave us a few choices to make our final decision.

Cody and Austin are very inviting, well organized, and a blast to talk with. Instead of giving us a map and leaving us to find our new unit, Austin was our guide and even let us know the best routes to take. Everything is kept nice and tidy as well and the temperature is perfect.

Very easy to reserve a spot the phone rep was very easy to work with and the manager at this location was so nice and helpful.

I found them online, contacted them online and everything else was done online - which made it quick and easy for me since I was working the entire time and was able to handle this from my phone. Friendly people when I called and got into my unit easily and there was a welcome bag waiting for me ! Would highly recommend them !

We just recently rented a storage unit from CubeSmart and our sales person was Patrick. He was great, extremely knowledgeable and very efficient in getting the entire contract wrapped up within 20 minutes! When we went to look at the unit itself - the facility was very clean! I would definitely recommend this facility to others that are in need of additional storage space!

The front desk is understaffed and I had to wait a while to get checked in. Otherwise, the office was very clean and the storage facility is very nice.

Everyone was very nice and helpful.

We had been having a terrible time finding a small (3x3) locker size unit in a climate controlled (not air cooled) facility in the Phoenix area. Well, after several wild goose chases to facilities that said they had what we wanted (and didn't), we found CubeSmart in Chandler. It's an extremely nice facility (way nicer than any other facility we had looked at) and the local manager was very nice, very helpful and had exactly what we needed. Because of all the trouble we had had (including at other CubeSmart facilities), he even gave us a discount on the unit. I'd highly recommend this CubeSmart facility in Chandler.

Sara and April were friendly and helpful even though they were very busy, they seemed to have everything running smoothly. I got checked in and moved in pretty quickly. Thank you!

Outstanding Customer Service & prior to 1st visit was unaware of the many additional amenities to offer for what is comparable asking rates to others that do not include such amenities &/or as friendly & helpful Customer Service as was experienced. Great Value & overall couldn't be more satisfied. I would consider investment in a Company that seems to do & offer far more to the customer than the rest. Thank you.
