Gilbert was kind, compassionate to my unique situation, and very very helpful. I have rented storage units in the past, when moving like I was this time. Never has my experience been so smooth! Paperwork was quick and easy because he explained everything so thoroughly! Customer service canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be beat, and the location felt safe and secure because he takes that very seriously. In addition, something that I was expecting to take hours, took less than one. He is a rockstar!
