Lady at the front desk was wonderful, smart, helpful and explained everything so well. The place was clean and looks very well cared for. So at this time - the facility is a 5 out of 5. Thank you for the pre-planning, makes things easier for us :-)

This has been the best experience!! Judy is the best! She made everything so easy and when I had a small problem of a somewhat personal nature she was very understanding and didn't hesitate in helping me cope and addressing the topic with helpful alternatives for the situation. I highly recommend using the company because I am sure that no matter the location all of the staff employed by the company are just as fantastic.

We arrived March 1 to put our items in storage. After starting with our boxes we realized that one whole wall was literally silver cardboard. We could put our hands through the cardbaord and into the other unit. Our itmes were not safe. We told the site manager, but she said that she would make a note of it. We feel very incomfortable with a wall that is cardboard. I am requesting one month free rent for the anxiety and inconvenience. We expected peace of mind.

The reservation process on line was very easy. The manager at the Chandler property was very helpful and nice.

Selest was awesome!!! Paperwork was super easy, and Selest was very informed and transparent on rates, packing tips and what's okay to store in our unit. They had a lock available for purchase which we now own and get to take with us. Best of all our first month was only $1!!!!! We were responsible for a small fee for the lock, admin fees and storage rental insurance. Thank you Selest and Public Storage for such a great experience!!! You have a repeat customer for life- who would highly recommend storing with Public Storage! Much cheaper than other storage units we looked into!

After checking out other storage facilities in the area, we decided on Public Storage for their pricing, reviews and location. The manager on duty, Kayla, was informative, inviting, personable and friendly. She allowed us to view the unit before going over the lease and was sure to answer all of our questions before we left. The cleanliness of the office and property exceed our expectations. We will be recommending this facility to anyone we may encounter who is needing to store items.

We didn't have to wait when we got there. Twain was just great. Even though we had another storage unit at a different public storage we pretty much knew the drill so he didn't over explain things but wanted to make sure he didn't leave anything out. The space was large, clean, and had lights. Twain, the manager we dealt with couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. There was another girl in the office that also seemed very friendly but we didn't deal with her.

Twain and Lynn were extremely helpful and made sure that I rented the best unit as far as cost and size. They were thorough when going over all of the details and provided great customer service. I would recommend Public Storage to anyone in need of it.

The office person took the time to explain all my options to me and took out the map to show me exactly what was currently available. He explained the pricing, the security features, and the hours of operation. Everything went exactly according to plan and I would recommend this Public Storage facility to anyone.

After an incredibly frustrating and bad experience with two moving companies (got stood up by Two Men and a Truck) and was deceived about pricing by another company...Public Storage was a sigh of relief. The property manager was incredibly helpful and friendly and gave me confidence knowing that my items would be safely stored. Pricing was great and I continue to store my belonging at this location.
