Someone called me within a reasonable amount of time to confirm my reservation and answer any/all questions I had. They were direct and very easy to understand. Very painless process and I was able to move-in after office hours, which was incredibly convenient for me with my own working hours. Thank you!

I made arrangements to rent my facility the first of the month but I needed to move in a couple days early. I called customer service they gave me the number to the facility itself so I called and made an appointment to go over and talk to Jason. Jason was amazing! He said yes I could move in early, he took me to the unit showed it to me asked me if it would work for me. Jason got everything done quickly and efficiently and helped me get in when I needed to. I was at this facility back when it was Dominion Storage and todayﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s price is higher than what I paid when I was there before. Never happy about pricing and the increases that you incur over time!! Jason, your customer service rep, Enrique, and convenience are the reasons I am at this facility. Thank you Jason appreciate your help.

From the time I arrived at the storage facility to reserve the unit, to the time I left I felt very relieved. The 2 customer reps (males) that had helped me were courteous, professional, great sense of humor, patient, and all around great employee's.

RENTERS BE CAREFUL!! My rates for double lockers have gone up 140.00 in the past 8 months. 3 Year tannate and zero concern for the fact that my items are now being stored and they just keep raising the rate. They claim 1 time its a yearly thing yet Aug 2021 I received a increase and now again in Feb 2022. Zero concern for anything but cash. The answer is always the same thing, well corporate does this and corporate does that and this is all they can do. Then they say the going rate is X and I go online and its 50 cheaper. Absolutely a price gouging rip off. Zero change in the units or property over the past 3 years and yet they claim market value. Get real!! It's called taking advantage of the market and corporate price gouging and really poor service!!!! I'll begin looking to take my business elsewhere in the near future.

Jason at the front desk is amazing. I have had family that have had/ still have units here at this location. I travel from Florence so about 45 mins away. Just to keep my stuff here.

First - the location is really convenient. Also very open industrial like park design. The facility is very clean as is the entrance and parking area. Inside the building is well lighted. Most of all the rental fee fits my budget. I m a happy camper.

I'm glad I chose Public Storage. The staff was very attentive and professional from the beginning. The unit rental prices are competitive and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean everything was. Looking forward to being a customer of Public Storage!

After searching extensively for a storage facility for my (small) motor home, I contacted PUBLIC STORAGE at their national phone number and was referred to the facility at Business Park Drive in Queen Creek (AZ), where I was impressed with all facets of the facility as well as the most reasonable price among all the storage facilities I had contacted. Perhaps even more impressive was the courtesy and helpfulness of the clerks in arranging for the storage of my RV. I couldn't rate this facility any higher and I recommend it enthusiastically!
