I did the reservation online. The issue I ran into with the website is getting the insurance added and purchasing the lock. It kept saying the locks were out of stock.

The person who checked me in, as well as eventually helped me with an issue with my entrance code was nice, patient, and very willing to answer any questions I had. I was stressed it would be complicated and take forever but even as a first-timer, they explained everything neatly and within 20 minutes, I was done and out!

I've never seen it all indoor storage before pretty cool an affordable cheaper than some outdoor storage. It was very clean to which I assume is due to it being indoors and they have a lot of security measures as well.

I enjoyed the facility. Customer service was great, the gentleman at the front went over everything that I needed to know about the storage. I got a climate controlled unit for less than $100 a month. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Storquest on Frye is easy to get to from my work and looks brand new and is squeaky clean. There are a gazillion storage facilities in the area with prices for same unit going as high as $60 + per month. Outrageous! Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m paying $29.

This place is very convenient -- just off the 101 with lots of parking. Inside it is clean, well-lit, and cool -- important to preserve stuff from the Arizona heat. Staff is helpful and explained the contract clearly. I opted to save some money by getting a unit on the second floor. It seems worth the extra trouble as the elevator is easy to use. The only problem I have run into is a shortage of carts at the entrance.

The staff, facility, customer service has been top notch. On a side note they play classic rock from the 70's like Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin. Bonus!!!

Check in was easy but there would have been a delay if there had been a line. There are only 2 hand carts that I saw and this will likely be a bottleneck to time it takes to move in or out if there are any more than 2 units being accessed so parking for several vehicles is likely not beneficial.

My same review from google: So I don’t like putting energy in reviews unless their worth it , but, I have to say that StorQuest on Frye was just awesome. Honestly we had some mix ups with the reservation process but nothing they couldn’t handle. Super happy with Anthony’s help with everything. He even offered to lend a hand with moving some of my boxes, which if that’s not amazing customer service I don’t know what is. Everything was quick, painless and the pricing was unbeatable for the 10x10 unit I got PLUS month to month👌 12/10 would recommend. Customer service is almost Chik-Fil-A boot camp worthy. I’m living for it my guy , THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!
