I was able to move in easily enough. The office isn't open after 2:00 so I never even spoke with anyone.

Nice convenient location and the folks I spoke to on the phone were extremely polite and helpful, but the process was cumbersome and time consuming for me, lots of emails, texts and phone conversations to get it done.
