Honestly I don't know why they hired that guy James, all he does is sit in the office, or he has the office locked and he's no where to be found on the property. I wish Shannon was there more often, at least she's usually in the office willing to conversate or get to know who her tenants are. It's always great energy when Shannon's in the office. And where did that other girl go? Corey was awesome too. They were the dynamic duo. Shannon has been the best manager at this storage place. They need to replace the guy though, he acts like he doesn't know how to do anything.

The payment was misleading and wasn't what I thought it was. It was deceiving. Advertising was 67.00, but that was a promotion. It ended up being 80.00 a month. For a college student, this is expensive.
