I reserved a unit for move in and when I showed up to the 24-hour facility at 7:30 a.m. the passcode that was emailed to me would not work so I had to make other arrangements and come back after 9 a.m. during business hours when I was able to speak to a customer service representative and ensure that the code would work, that was very inconvenient other than that everything was great.
