Public Storage - Gilbert - 1015 S Val Vista Dr Ste 100

I purchased the unit at this facility before seeing the facility and was a little worried it would not live up to my standards. However this facility has far exceeded my expectations.This facility was very clean and they had carts nearby to help move things into the unit. It was also a very spacious unit and the parking/loading area was also very accessible. All the doors and gates can be opened with your phone. Overall it is a very technologically modernized facility and I would recommend it to all my friends and family.

I was thinking of renting a reasonably priced storage unit for a few months. I found a Public Storage rate through SpareFoot. I got a call within an hour from the Public Storage Val Vista location. The manager’s name was Debbi, and she took care of me in minutes and reserved a unit for me virtually. I moved in the next day as planned. It’s like concierge service. Very happy

Just moved into this facility 6/29/24. The customer service was amazing, their "climate controlled" unit is actually behind closed doors unlike 3 others I dealt with before finding this one. It's actually nice inside, even though they use a swamp cooler. Price is GREAT for a 10 x 15.. find that online before you go in and the price will be much better.

We are moving from Illinois to Arizona and after a long drive into town, we had to quickly arrange storage. Brandi was very helpful is making sure all of our needs were accommodated and questions answered (i.e., can the moving van fit into the complex, proximity of storage units, needing climate control and outside storage, etc.). The experience was one of being easy and quick. I certainly appreciate the assistance.

The storage is easy to get in and out of. Had a 26ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ moving truck. The isles are large enough to move big Vehicle through which is very helpful. Location is great for me convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Called about 20 minutes before closing because I needed a place to store our boat. They saw us immediately and got us squared away in about 10 minutes. Competitively priced and very secure.

I've used Public Storage. I've had great experience prior to this recent sign up with Public Storage. I have to say this visit and sign up was outstanding. Sandy is exceptional in her knowledge. She knew exactly what I needed and proceeded in making sure I was aware of all renting a unit entailed. Sandys personality and patience was perfect. Came in to buy moving supplies. Can't speak for all locations, but Cody was very helpful and got us everything we needed. We'll definitely come back for more later if we need more.

My niece had placed items in this location and could not be here as the unit contents were loaded on a moving van. The employee Cody was very helpful to me with orienting me to unit locations and procedures and was most helpful when I had needs. I was impressed with the facility cleanliness and accessibility to get items in and out of the units. There was ample room for the moving van to be on the property and close enough to the units which were interior ones. One unit had a non-working light fixture that was to be repaired soon. Gate codes were easy to use yet secure.

We have been completely satisfied with our Public Storage unit. We appreciate the staff and how clean the facility is. Thank you!

The Val Vista location is clean and easily accessible in mid-Gilbert. The manager, Brandi, is very helpful and easy to work with. The other workers at the location are not as personable and assisting.

I am going through a difficult situation and needed affordable storage and NO hassles. This place was fast, knowledgeable about what they had to offer, had suggestions about packing, were one of the cheapest around and made me feel welcome.

needing a space in early March, April advised me of a space available, unfortunately, this space would not work for me, within two hours she called back to adv. me another space had opened up, (which worked great). I retired after 39 years in a customer serviced based business, so I know great service when I receive it, and April definitely fits the bill. Thank You April.

Went in to Public Storage and talked with April, who by the way is AWESOME about renting a space for a trailer. Well she gave a couple of options and she took the time to go show us the space that is opened to rent. It came to be we were able to park our 30 ft camper as well as a 7x14 trailer. Went the next day to pay and spoke with Jamye who was great as well and it was such a smooth move in. I highly recommend Public Storage.
