The move in process was quick and easy, especially with the carts the facility provided. The unit was exactly as described online and all of my stuff fit in easily and I even had extra space.

Everything from the appt to move in was easy. The manger was attentive and accommodating. Super clean.

Sharon at the front desk was a pleasure to work with. We had rented from them before and remembered how easy it was to check in and out of their facility. Obviously it was a no brainer to rent with them again. Customer service is alive and well when Sharon is working with you.

The online reservation couldn't have been easier. Rebecca, the on-site manager at the Greenfield/Basline location is honestly the best! She made sure we went through everything and wanted to make sure we were comfortable with the whole process. I'm sincerely glad that we'll continue to have her support while we rent from this location.

Sharon was super accommodating, and very professional! I needed to postpone my move in over and over again and it was never an issue. Nancy helped me take care of all my paperwork and did an amazing job summarizing everything for me in a way that I can easily understand. Rebecca helped me figure out whether or not my couch would fit in my unit, and it seems silly but I was blown away by her on the spot reasoning skills. They all 3 walked me to the unit and made sure I was picking the best one for me at the right price. I'm so over the moon pleased with my experience. Thank you for making this move easy for me! One less thing for me to worry about! XOXO

Employee Cooper was very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He made our experience with the paperwork and setting up the account easy. The storage space was clean and easy to access. We were able to get a competitive price online.

They did a great job of helping me find the exact size of storage unit that I needed. I'm happy with the cleanliness and how safe the facility seems to be.

The actual storage facility was fine, no complaints. We rented an a/c unit, very important in AZ, and it was on the first floor, also convenient. I originally had reserved a larger unit, then decided I could get by with a slightly smaller one, which resulted in less monthly rent. I had a $1. special for the first month on the first unit, when I changed, I was told I couldn't have the "special" on the unit I selected. I asked to speak to a supervisor on the phone, was told I would receive a return phone call from one within 48 hours. That never happened, I called the customer service center once again, was promised again, and again, no return call. Finally a month or so later, I called the local district manager, and explained the situation. In good faith, and to provide excellent customer service, I really felt it only fair that I receive the $1. special for a month. A large company like yours would have benefited greatly by that act of kindness as I would have told everyone about my fine experience. The dm promised she would look into it and while she couldn't promise anything, she would surely follow up and call me back. I provided two phone numbers, plus an email address. Nothing, never heard back from her or anyone! I had thought I'd be renting from you for a lot longer, but due to this experience, vacated after 7 months. It would have been nice to post an excellent review, sorry, but I wasn't happy with the service I received. All due to you're not honoring an advertised special. Yes, it did say "special on selected units", had I been the one in charge, in the interest of good service and a happy customer, I would have "done the right thing", you did not, in my humble opinions.
