I have used other storage places felt like skid row storage my stuff got damaged awful negligence of storage rental im happy to be at public storage

Clean, convenient location, and good service.

Good price clean and secure place

We visited two Public Storage businesses before deciding which one was more convenient for us. Both locations had the nicest, friendliest, and most professional staff we've encountered. Their service alone convinced us to go with Public Storage. They deserve a raise!!!

The staff was nice but I reserved online. Was shocked when I actually arrived, insurance, admin fee and lock. It went from $35/mo to my first bill $79. I wasn't going to try and find a cylinder lock (arrived with the disc lock that i needed to purchase yrs before). These are things that should be mentioned before a person rolls up to your establishment. I also found out when I was going to a larger unit that the rental isn't from the day of rental to the next months rental ie 9/4 to 10/4 but 9/4 to 10/1, rip off. I had to ask for a proration for my larger unit. I was going to have to pay $25 to go from my 5x5 to 10x15 for 4 days (Saturday to Thursday). Lucky my apartment has garages to rent. I feel like I side stepped a landmine. Now I have a 10x20 garage for $70/mo.

Nice facility and nice employees. We have 5 storage units, it is very costly. It would be nice to get a discount, especially renting 5 units!

Could do better on pricing to be lower with the completion. Being such a large company you would think price would be the lowest or close , not the case . Unfortunately I didn't want to travel 3 miles .

Management was able to help secure and maintain my reservation for my 5x10 unit under some dire circumstances and I appreciated their help and follow up!

Nice facility. But they keep raising their prices. Going to have to leave.

Kayla was very helpful, though seemed to have her hands tied without a way to offer multi unit discounts for existing customers.

This is a Great facility that has great people, great customer service, and is super clean! I'd recommend them for all your storage needs from small to large. The rental process was very quick and very efficient (fast). A great experience.
