The facility is clean and conveniently located

The office was closed when I arrived at around 5:45 PM. I was unable to get any assistance by phone. Also, I did not get a callback. On arrival the next day, customer assistance was great.

consequently we are paying $26 more/ per month. Perhaps you can make good on your pricing and get the price reduced to what you promised.

Carrie was very professional, helpful and made everything easy. Great experience and gonna move my things from another storage unit to here.

There are have been few times in my life where I'm taken aback by the level of service a business provides. My experience with Dee at Public Storage is one of them. I have never been treated with such respect, kindness, professionalism, and the desire to please as I did with Dee. She made me feel like I was a family member; that I was appreciated. Despite showing up late in the day, (and late for my appointment) never was I felt rushed or that her shift was over and wanted to go home. My being there, and my satisfaction, was her top priority. She took the time to show me alternative storage units that fit my needs better than the original space picked. Again, this was late in the day on a weekend when most employees would have been thinking about nothing but leaving. Not Dee. I can't emphasize how much she cared about my satisfaction, all my questions were thoroughly answered, and that I was completely satisfied. She is a true asset to this company. I can only dream that all my employees were like her. Congratulations to Public Storage for hiring a true Superstar!

Jason went out of his way to get me into a storage even though my reservation was Nov 1st .. Showed me the locations of what was available and was just an all round nice guy. Hope i deal with him if theres ever a problem. Thanks again Jason

Carla is amazing and the most friendly person I have met working at any facility. The cleanliness of this facility is amazing, inside and out. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone I know.

Good deal to start up but wish there were bigger units available

I really enjoy the employees at the location and the ease of use. The only issue seems that sometimes the software is finickie and gives employee issues.

In the beginning stages of renting a unit, it rained. No one wants to move stuff in the rain, so I kept changing the reservation online. When I finally got to the facility, I was greeted with excitement to finally meet me! Christie was very informative and extremely accommodating to my needs. My unit was clean and ready for me. The security is wonderful. I would recommend this facility to anyone!
