A very clean storage location to store my valuable household goods. Simple, perfect.

Making the reservation online was quick and easy. A few min later got a call to make sure I knew everything about the reservation.

I've had excellent service both on the phone and in person. I like the fact that it is air cooled and security is utmost. I don't even mind the requirement of purchasing the insurance. (or show that your homeowners insurance covers you). It does seem at a reasonable rate. I just moved in. The facility, grounds and office are immaculate. And Christina is an asset to your company. I don't like the fact that I had to purchase your lock to the tune of $19.99 plus tax. That does not sit well with me, actually it really irritates me. Thats a lot of money for one facility to gain for each unit, each time a new customer rents. (Yes I know you get to keep it and you can use it at any Public Storage.)

I had a great experience with Public Storage from start to finish. The website, call center and local site were all very coordinated and it is clear they have a great system figured out. The only thing I would say is "good/bad" is the demand-based pricing. It's great because I got a unit for far less than I expected because of availability. It's bad because my rate went up by approximately 60% because availability went down. While it was a downer for me personally (I canceled my storage unit), those are market dynamics and if someone is willing to pay that higher cost, then they can have the unit! Finally, the staff at this location were very friendly, knowledgable and efficient.

Recently moved, during a stressful time management met our need with a friendly Arizona welcome. Extremely impressed with the facility, security, and sevice.

Overall experience was good. I was surprised with alot of hidden cost. I think price is higher then competitors but I picked Public Storage because of location.

The storage facility is new. They have new locks and it's really clean! I just wish they had larger units then the 10x20.

Reserved one space online and had appt for next morning. One lady there helping someone so took us both to look at the spaces and literally took us through a "maze" opening one after the other until she found the one I guess was looking for. The other couple followed along waiting for their turn and were as confused as I was. That could be understood if someone is new and confused themselves but she was unwelcoming in every way. Never smiled, only thing she said to me was "come on, I'll show you at the same time. Unit was too complicated to find and I was just uncomfortable so left while I was waiting for her to come to office with other people. Started over as I have always liked Public Storage, called facility directly, got great information and went over. The young lady was extremely personable. Showed us space, offered all pertinent information and answered all questions clearly and without hesitation. She clearly knew her job. Gave us card to call if any problems and we left with a storage unit that worked for me. Would not hesitate to recommend the above facility. Sorry if I caught the first one on a bad day but it was really a surprising, unexpected experience. I tried to state clearly as I don't want to sound over critical but I would not go back.

Great customer service and clean facility. The only negative is the large speed bump coming out if the power road storage. I bottomed out on my car. Really don't see a need for a speed bump when your already stopped at the gate waiting for it to open.
