SmartStop Self Storage - Gilbert - 2845 E. Riggs Rd

Do not rent here; the rates are a lie. After less than a year, my rent more than doubled. I was told by the district manager that the prices they advertise are promotional rates. This is not mentioned anywhere on their website, in the contract, or during the sign-up process. They are still advertising the rate I originally got even though it is less than half of market price (per district manager again).

The staff was super friendly and made the process smooth. The facility is very clean and the equipment is in great condition.

Check in was really fast and simple

I was surprised how quickly I was able to get in and out of there. I was concerned at first about 2nd floor storage but it was well worth it. And I was able to start moving in within a half hour.

Everything went GREAT. No complaints, not a one!!

Very happy overall. Price, service, accommodating. Only thing that is a challenge is car dock isn't wide enough to move around other cars that are parked while loading and unloading. They need to designate a parking and passing lane, but you still may be parked in front of someone's unit, which they can't access until you leave.

This is our first storage rental used primarily for seasonal decorations. After searching all the places to rent, we knew we were shocked at how the rates were for places closer to us. When we found this place, even though it's not super close, it more than meets our needs! Very friendly staff. They are taking all the precautions needed because of Covid and yet offering excellent customer service. The price is the best ever! Definitely check them out!

Best pricing I could find and its all climate controlled!! When I got there the gentleman was very helpful and took the time to break everything down so I understand. 10/10 would recommend.

This was the first storage unit I've rented. I didn't know what to expect, I dont know the going rates on what is high, low, fair. So I picked this location. It was further out, but that is why it was cheaper.

The facility is immaculate! Cameras everywhere, climate controlled even in the elevator and the loading bay. The cost of my units were MUCH less than everywhere else in the area. I feel like I hit the storage lottery!

I love the way the manager was really helpful when first moving in, the facility is very clean, getting into your storage is easily accessible, they have really great top security so I know my things are safe, and lastly I love the size of my storage for the price I got! Wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have it anywhere else.

High quality spot. Clean friendly service. Took 15 minutes to set everything up. The whole spot is climate controlled

The staff was very helpful and professional. They went out of their way to make our storage unit rental a breeze. The facility is new and with that comes a very clean, well lighted, easy to access indoor storage area. They have installed state of the art technology - with cameras, pass-codes, motion-sensors throughout to keep your belongings safe! I highly recommend this facility!
