I found your prices too high for the covered I will be looking for something less expensive, I have been told that there are cheaper north of the valley just too far for me. consider lowering your price and I will move to the covered storage parking spot. Thank you for your consideration.

Very nice manager. Got 2nd month free. What's not to like. One thing I had issue with was I called and spoke to an oriental lady that didn't seem to know anything about the facility. I was told 2nd month wasn't free like advertised. So I was like whatever. But then I also asked if they had a truck to rent from them. Told me no, even though I've seen the truck outside. I then rented a somewhat expensive truck. I went to get the storage unit and theven manager had no idea who it could have been but she was awesome. I assume I got a reservation person that handles all of their stores.who knows. But this location was awesome and very nice. Would recommend to anyone.

I chose this very inconvenient location due to the fact that I required a climate controlled environment. We drove an extra 45 minutes out of the way. I was told over the phone that they use swamp coolers, which is fine because that would humidifier my wood furniture. After the paperwork was signed the manager took me to the unit, it was 107 degrees out and the unit was at least that temperature. I said what about "climate control?", she stated that the swamp cooler only comes on at 100 degrees, I stated that it is 107! She asked me if I wanted a refund, but I had a moving crew charging me $150 an hour waiting to unload and nowhere to take all of my household belongings to that late in the day. They should never have advertised climate control if it wasn't an option. This is Phoenix, it gets hot and I didn't want my furniture cracking while in storage. I am pretty upset by their lying about having a controlled climate.

reserved a climate controlled unit but move in to a non controlled one. Was not going to move a full 10 x 20 to a new one. not happy at all. was told unit was climate but its a drive up one (NOT)

The units were clean, the staff was very helpful, the facilitiy was secure. The front desk offers drinks for purchase. Clean bathrooms. Dual entrances. Overall very nice place.
