Great Customer Service, The Manager is Very Outgoing, attention to detail, always there to help you. They communicate all the time on whats happening, offer referral program, will continue to use facility. very clean

All went relatively smoothly when checking in/moving in. Great rate and friendly staff.

The owner is fantastic and her customer service skills and approach were fantastic. The facility is clean and pretty quite. Easily accessible yet tucked away off of a major street and still pretty quiet. I have no complaints and don't forsee that happening. Will only have my unit for a short while but if I ever needed one again I'd be sure to check here first.

Although the management is constantly changing, the property has been a safe, secured facility. Prices keep going up and policies seem to change annually, or with management changes. Insurance verification and finger printing are the latest requirements. The option to pay automatically by credit is available, but if you prefer to pay in person, the front office is often locked up during office hours. Management has always been friendly as I have been a very long-term renter.

I've been renting here for 2 years and it's always clean. The management is very friendly, also they have propane.

I absolutely love the staff here. they were more than helpful upon initial start up of services for me. very sweet and courteous over the phone when ever i call in for any reason. The only reason i did not give customer service a full 5 stars is due to the 7 p.m. locking of the facility. this locks and in bound or outbound at 7 on the dot. unfortunately i got caught behind the gate once. but the staff was very helpful in getting me a way out in my moment of need. thank you again belltower staff for everything you do.

Your manager is great very accommodating and friendly. The only reason I wouldn't recommend this storage facility is because it is not climate controlled, in AZ you need air conditioned units not a swamp cooler.

Very friendly and accommodating, Rates are the best I've found for cooled units, plus the lock & insurance is included!

The live in management is very nice, professional, and put us at ease.

Made a reservation a few weeks prior to arrival date, and I like it that I do not have to pay till the day of move in, reservations can be made over the phone or online. unlike some other places who only take reservations 5 days before move in and has to be present in person to pay!! At belltower friendly reminders emails are sent to me closer to my move in date!

The managers very friendly, helped us right of way, showed us different types of sizes of storage. The prices were Great! Very easy to get in and out.

Great deal, she upgraded me (AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE) due to the unit I had reserved was not available any longer. This was a great sign of customer service and loyalty. Hoping to have an overall good experience with them!

Price and conditions great

The Good: staff relayed messages and communicated well, got a great deal for a 4x5(25/mo.) with the 2nd month free! The Bad: First unit I rented had spider webs and signs of termites, luckily I noticed it first thing and was able to switch to another unit with no problem.

Tried to charge me a higher price than quoted on sparefoot. Also had hidden charges.

All around a great experience very nice helpful people

We checked the local area on storage pricing. Most were very costly. Others charged extra for Insurance . Belltower Included it in the price they quoted us. We received a second month free. We feel we got a great deal. Kayla and Rhonda were very pleasant. Keep Up the good work.

I was a customer there for 6 years and once the new management took over I left, I found a less expensive storage unit that was much cleaner and the management actually know what there doing....

This was a very effortless experience and we were very pleased.
