The online moving was very easy. When I got there however the unit it assigned me look like oil and car parts or something all over the floor with the door wide open and I was like ready to be mad. Walked in the office kindly explained the disappointment of the unit the woman behind the desk very helpful. She already knew what unit I was talking about and had been trying to deal with that person she quickly and promptly went online found me a suitable alternate the slightly smaller but she did everything she could to get me the same discounts I was getting or close to very helpful I recommend her customer service 10 out of 10

The move was easy. The tenant at the facility was very helpful.

Office staff was very efficient and extremely friendly. I got a return phone call within minutes of putting in an on-line inquiry. She made paperwork a breeze and made a usually not so fun task, a pleasant experience.

The customer service people were very helpful and super nice, although some confusion regarding which facility was climate controlled, very knowledgeable and helpful. Facility is very clean and organized, easy access.

Marina is a huge asset to your company. She exceeded my expectations. On top of everything, kind, and professional. She deserves a huge bonus!

I don't think I have ever seen a storage facility with aisles you cannot drive through but the unit we got was a short distance from where we had to park so it worked out. Pricing is a little high for units out here in general but thats business.

Great service! After making reservations online they called to verify the reservation and said to let them know if we needed anything. The day we moved the stuff in the storage. Monday we were leaving and they came out to Introduce herself and let us know if we needed anything. Very polite!

To expensive for a small storage unit. And being charged almost $5 for an automated payment is ridiculous.

Smaller.. Seemingly more secure facility...user friendly hrs...on-sight no-nonsense mgr...move-in with online deal/special...competitive rate for size needed..clean...big enough to drive thru with 26ft..class A...no Rv/boat storage...serves it purpose...comfortable my stuff is secure..

One of the main reasons I went here was because of the later access time and u can't see the building numbers or anything. You have to be right up on it. Whats the point of being open if you can't turn a light on. There is little to no maintenance on storage units so that's the least you could do. Thanks.

I was really hoping pay less in my first month. Because that is the main reason I went to cubesmart in the first place because of the discount that was described in the Internet. But I guess that was just used to real me in.

Think that if you advertise a free month it is in fact a FREE Month. To many hidden charges. Some units that we were shown have horrible access

After a long couple of weeks moving and later realizing I needed a storage place I began to hit the reviews on the net. This location came back with a great price and rated very good. I reserved a spot online and the next day I went in and visited Penny. She was great, helpful, and extremely professional! No doubt, she made all the difference, especially in a world that forgot customer service. Thank you Penny!

I was pleased with the complete explanation of using the Self Storage Unit. I felt everything was explained and questions I had were answered right away. The one negative I had was there was wording online that gave me the impression the unit was cooled but when I arrived I found out it was not. I could have misinterpreted this but for the price I think it will be just fine. The manager explained it was like having my items in a garage (which in metro Phoenix is not a great place in summer). I'll just be careful with what I place in there. Overall I had a great experience and I am happy I used this facility.

Only negative part was that when I called and reserved, the guy told me it'd be $35.10 but when I got there the lady told me I had to pay $12 extra for required insurance. If I wasn't in such a rush I probably would have shopped more.

I have used the U-STORE-IT facility near Luke Air Force Base four times in the past 15 years.  I am getting ready to be on my way again and move my items out.  I just wanted to give a compliment to the staff because they have been great, as always, and I felt it was worth mentioning to whoever.  Thanks again and I would recommend this storage site to anybody!
