Price ice comparable, but you advertise a great price. Yet after saying yes I want the space, then you get told that the $15 a month insurance is required. Making it just a normal space price. You should advertise your straight price stating " insurance included"

Very dissapointed with the bait and switch. First I was told that I would get a refund for my lock and when I closed out the storage a month and half later they wouldn't do it in addition when I asked for a move out on 8/1/2020 I was told that I waouldnt be charged for an whole additional month, but when I closed it out today surprise surprise they want to charge me for a whole new month now.

Hello I had excellent customer service provided by Peter at your bell road location.He went above and beyond to assist me in my move in. There were some issues with the mechanics of the storage unit door and he had it rectify the issue in a very timely manner.

We are very happy with Public Storage. Prices are competitive in this area, easy access on Bell Rd pulling a 10 foot trailer.and the staff are friendly and courteous. While moving in both Derrick and Stella stopped by to make sure everything was okay. Security gates and pads add confidence that our property is safe. We would recommend this storage site to all of our friends.

The storage and security aspect were adequate, but the reason for the 2 stars is the attempt to squeeze as much money as possible from renters. In oder to use the storage space, we basically have to purchase the lock that public storage sells, which is a cylinder lock. There are few effective replacements for this lock because of its uniqueness, but we are forced to use this particular brand of locks. Yet management uses regular padlocks to lock unused units by adding an attachment to the lock. Stop forcing us to spend an extra 22 dollars on these locks and let us utilize our own effective locks on the storage spaces. This is all an attempt to get as much money as possible from the renter. The money may not seem very much, but the principle behind it, and the fact that public storage uses regular locks for unused units, but forces renters to use these other more expensive locks are what angers me.

We used Public Storage in Kenmore, Wa. 15 years ago. We rented for 2 years as we traveled in a motor home. Now we are moving for one home to another in Arizona and decided to use Public Storage again a we had such a good experience in Washington State.

Manager had bad breath, but was very nice. He also didn't have a business card to write the gate code so he used a scrap of paper that was kind of unprofessional.

From the moment we walked into public storage we were treated with the upmost respect. It felt like a nice change going from a snooty environment to a friendly and respectful environment this company has created. The people are nice and friendly and really put all their effort into finding what the customer wants and not once tried to sell me something that I didn't want. Overall I highly recommend that if you are looking for a storage with reasonable prices and full of great employees, "public storage" is the place to go!

I recently consolidated two storage units to one larger unit and the associate who helped me, Sandy, was just a delight. She was knowledgeable, informative (without being pushy, which I appreciated), and just a very, very pleasant person with whom to conduct business. I have rented for a long time at PS and will continue as long as you keep employees like Sandy around in the office. With prior associates, it seemed as if my presence was a disruption to their day; however, when I walked in and Sandy greeted me with that smile, I felt right at home and completely at ease from start to finish. Give that girl a raise, she deserves it!!!!

Shannon was absolutely amazing. I had the option between other storages and this one and the customer service I received over the phone for the others told me I would not want to be dealing with those people even though they were closer. Shannon was energetic and seemed to really enjoy her job. You could tell that customer service was a forte of hers. She was extremely friendly and accommodating and really made the process pleasant. She is an amazing employee and I definitely think more people should take the approach to customer service she has. Note to other storage facilities: train your employees to accommodate the customer! Thanks Shannon and Public Storage for being so easy to deal with.

We looked at 3 local units and decided this was the best. The manager, Vicki, was friendly and efficient. The facility is clean and secure and we are happy with our unit. The only drawback is the mandatory monthly insurance of $11.00. It would be much better if this were optional. A lot more to pay for storing holiday decorations and luggage.
