Jan in the office was very friendly, helpful and informative in helping us find the right unit for our needs. The rental fees were very reasonable and within our budget. The security within and surrounding the property is very comforting.

Very clean, the staff professional. You delivered what was promised. I asked for a 10' X 20' and that's what I received. I had previously rented the same size at U-haul but after the bait and switch I ended up with two 10'X10'. I had to purchase two locks. And the units werent even located side by side! Not convenient at all. Ugh!

I have no problems, this is the second time I have used this facility.

Debbie is great! She was so friendly and SO very helpful!!! You couldn't beat the price with the discount from sparefoot! Even when I had to upgrade last minute because the one I reserved was too small, Debbie made it work and accomodated me quickly! I would definitely recommend this place!
