We have used this storage facility for the past 4 years. The rates go up every year and they gave our space away one month when our trailer was in the shop and didn't notify us. We have arrived and had both of the gates open for no reason.

Turns out all storages are not created equal. I had to leave my last storage facility, they were awful and I hardly had access to my stuff. The hours here are amazing with the option to go 24 hours for an additional fee which I think is so so smart. They have someone there 24/7 for added security which as a small female makes me feel better. Overall so far I am impressed ðŸ‘
