I have used this storage facility before so it was a big relief that same store manager,Linda, is there!

Customer service was above what I was expecting..

The only reason I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t a 5-star review: national reservation agent gave me reservation # and total price, BUT said anything about their mandatory $12/mo insurance fee. When I checked in to get my unit, thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s the first I learned of it. I was charged the first month $12 insurance at check-in but had to take my home insurance declaration page (proof of home owner insurance) back the next day, then they removed all future insurance charges from our account. Just be aware when booking your reservation online or on national phone line.

Despite the high demand for storage units they were easily able to find exactly what I was needing. The whole process was fast and easy. Linda made sure we were properly taken care of and made us feel comfortable and confident that we made the right decision. Excellent service. When I first called and asked about renting a storage unit I was told their was only one left. It was at the end of a building and hard to get to. I wasn't to sure I wanted it but being it was the only one left I took it. But before I could come in and sign the contract and put down my deposit the manager called me back and said another unit just opened up that is much easier to get to. I thanked her and took that unit instead. She didn't have to do it but she did.

Lee and Linda are amazing property managers, and we just obtained the unit 3 days ago. They provide you with a sense of security and assurance. They are genuinely interested in who you are and what your needs are. The facility is beyond clean and organized!!!!

The facility is well maintained, the service has been great, it is a bit of a tight fit, and price is a little higher than other facilities.

Had a few issues during the paperwork part, but not a big deal and they set us up with a unit that was just the right size for us.

There are a few fees that you are not made aware of in quote all in all expect it to be $10 more than what you are quoted.
