Vary good person on the phone to deal with

The application process was super easy. It was nice not even having to go into an office an talk with anyone. I did everything over the phone after applying online, an that consisted of obtaining my gate code. They provided a lock and a clean unit. the ONLY things I have to say I had an issue with, was that the unit was damaged where I would put my own lock,and the unit itself actually doesnt sit flat on the ground it sits slightly slanted backwards, so everything is wanting to slide to the back wall. It needs to be leveled badly actually. it's the only one like that which explains why it was the last one available, but its fixable tho. Other than that I love the contactless service, very nice.

I am thoroughly impressed with the courteous and professional experience getting my storage space. It was incredibly easy. The facility is very well kept and highly secure.
