Easy check in once if ound the unit

Mostly an easy process. The only Issue we had was we were booked at a totally different location. We were told our reservation was at one place but the unit was at another place, not close to where we wanted it. So that was inconvenient

I was in a crunch for time and better pricing than what I was receiving with a different storage company. Cube smart was very helpful. It was New Year's Day and I was not only able to rent a unit but was able to move in as well. All that without having to meet a single person, everything over the Internet and phone. I was and am very appreciative for the efficiency and customer service I've received.

it should be $50 dollars at most for a 5x5. I feel bad for whoever has the unit by the water that is constantly coming off the roof.

My experience was smooth ,reservation was done online in 2 mn , went there the next day and within 10 mn was done my storage key in my end. I took advantage of the 50% deal got a very clean and decent size unit. Easy access. Bref this place is Guccci

This was the best prices storage unit I could find in the area. The check in and sign up process was very simple and the unit was cleaned and ready to move in immediately.

The counter person helped me to save money on my rate because I already have renters insurance. I didn't need to pay additional money for the insurance they provide. I appreciate they are not in it just for the money.

The staff were courteous, accommodating, and friendly. The reservation process and check in were easy, and staff varicose my reservation the day before and was not phased by my request to move the date back one day. Thank you!

Was having the worst day ever when I arrived at cube smart there was a sign be back at 1:30 I arrived 1:03 no sooner as we were waiting, the door opened may let us in while she was on her lunch to not let me sit out in the heat. She was so friendly and made me feel welcome and that she cared about who came through that door. She offered information that made my day/ with the moving truck and saved me several trips back and forth. Truly she made a terrible day for us a very pleasant day!!!

I loved that they had a truck we could use for 4 hours at a very low cost ($10 admin fee fuel). The customer service was wonderful. The manager was friendly, welcoming, and courteous regarding my time, considering the clock was already ticking in my 4-hour truck rental time block. She quickly got me through the paperwork, toured my unit, and got me to the truck within 25 minutes. The only downside is that nowhere in advance did I see that there would be additional charges for insurance that you are required to purchase. My decision to use this facility was mostly based on cost and I felt misled here. Maybe this occurs at all storage facilities and I'm simply unaware of it but now I know. All told, I am a happy client and would recommend CubeSmart to anyone.

The staff is amazing. They were so friendly. It really made the stress of moving disappear. We walked in unannounced and were in and out with our new unit in under 30 minutes. The service has made the experience one that will make us come back to them again.

Booked a reservation in the early morning, got a confirmation call a short while after opening. Showed up to the office and took 20 minutes to get everything said and done. Desk staff were polite, friendly, helpful, and professional.

The insurance is pricey at $10 a month, though I was informed could get my own (thru my car insurance). There is an administrator fee of $22.00 Otherwise ,good deal

Never have had a problem in 3 years ..

My family has stored numerous times over the years and I have never found a place with such nice staff. They are always friendly and smiling and even greet me at the door when I arrive, whih is something I have never had happen before. The storage place is always very clean and I like the fact fact that the only way onto the property is to drive right past the manager's window so he can keep an eye on what is ging on. I will tell all my friends and family about this place and your company!
