The manager was quick yet thorough. Answered my questions and made the process efficient and comfortable. Well done. I have a food truck and security is importantly to me. Cleanliness etc. this is all that.

Actually the larger units are way cheaper than all the other self storages. Drive up is no doubt a plus n Arizona summer

I went there and rented a storage and ended up renting a penske truck for half price of Uhaul. Customer service was pleasant and informative

They helped me find the right unit for my stuff and even when I reserved a unit that was too small helped me find a better sized unit for my needs.

Made reservations on self storage website, manager called immediately. Sign up was very fast at the facility and the two staff members were helpful and nice. Much better experience than I had at a competitor days earlier, and the pricing and policies at Cube Smart are excellent.

Really friendly service; the person at the front desk even gave me a bottle of water since it was a hot day and I was moving in my stuff!

I didn't get to meet the new manager of the facility but I did get to meet the temporary one, David, who was very funny and polite.

I am very satisfied with this storage unit. Very clean and tucked off the street a bit which I like. Customer service was excellent and i really liked the ladies in the office. They answered all my questions and the rental process takes about 30 minutes. They allowed me to see the unit before I rented. This is my second time renting here-in the past it had a different name. Both experiences have been great. I am giving four stars because I think it is a bit priciy and online they do not disclose how much the insurance increases the price of your unit. I was not expecting to pay so much more than the online price. I think they should disclose the total cost. Again, you get what you pay for and this facility is neat, clean and safe.

Courteous and knowledgeable manager showed me the unit, got me signed up and I was out the door in 15 minutes. This facility has mostly drive up units.

I got into the office after making my reservation, and had spoken to a general manager that was from out of town. He usually doesn't work at that location, however he was more than able to meet my expectations. I was given a tour, and received great customer service. The prices were a little bit steep, the last storage unit that I rented from on Mesa Drive and Main St was significantly cheaper. (That building was torn down to make room for the light rail station.

The person at the counter had no idea what he was doing. He was incredibly slow and inept at his job. It was a very painful process and I will probably be moving out of that unit shortly. I also think the price for the space is ridiculous
