I found that the discount with the average price was a sweet deal. It's clean and Customer Service was on point.

did everything online. when i showed up to my unit, temporary locks were on and i was given code to unlock it. opened the unit to find a clean unit and my permanent locks ready. could not ask for any easier reservation.

They know what they are doing and know the answers to all the questions there possibly is!

I was explained storage policy, payment policy, and personally guided through the rental application. Also, friendly staff gave me hands on tutorial on gaining entry, where my unit was located and convenient creativity with first payment. Great first impression.

They made the rental easy and I couldn't have asked for better customer service.

It was a great to see a manager so happy to explain all you needed to know about the storage unit and get us taken care of quickly. I highly recommend this Cubesmart location.

This was the best priced in my area and was very clean. Move in was easy with the late entry times.

We were misled and given the wrong size storage for the amount of rooms we needed room for. They assured us and they were wrong and couldn't anything but recommend we get another unit which we did and that one would have fit our whole house but instead it feels like we were misled on purpose to end up spending more money.

Very Very Pleasant Experience and Staff was So Professional, Nice, and Continously Smiled. I wasn't suppose to move in till the end of the month and showed up to look at a unit and decided to go ahead and get one and they had one ready and available. I couldn't have asked for anything more. The move in special was great. I would definitely recommend Cube Storage to anyone.

Meets my needs

We had reserved a 10x30 unit but when we got to the facility we were told they didn't have any so they gave us 3 10x10's. The problem with that is we lost the height cause the 10x10 has 8 ft ceillings. We tried to get all of our things into the 3 units but could not. When we called the office we were advised that they had a larger unit 15x35 with tall ceilings. The offer was we could take that for 15 more a month.

My grand daughter recently moved into another place where they did the bait and switch routine, moved her from a smaller unit to a much larger unit. She ended up paying a much higher price. Very pleasant and freindly person at the desk. So far a great experience and seems to be the best value in the area. Thank You.

Very courteous, efficient and pleasant Staff. Clean facility. Comparison shopping showed this was the best combination of price, capacity and staff & access hours. THIS DOES HAVE CLIMATE-CONTROLLED STORAGE (CCS). Their 5'X5' CCS was the best price I found on that kind of storage.
