Extra Space Storage (ESS) Site Manager, Thomas, was thorough, courteous, responsive and helpful through registration and securing our RV Parking space. So far all is good with the ESS product. Organizationally, registering first with SpareFoot and then do just about the same with Extra Space Storage seemed redundant. I would have thought that the SpareFoot information would have been sent to the ESS site with the referral. Organizationally again, I see lack of continuity is the Extra Space Storage sites. I am an Extra Space Storage customer in another state. I would of thought that my customer status would be accessible at any site of the ESS network. I do not feel it is justifiable to charge to establish another account and charge me the $30 for set up.
