I think that young man that helped me was really kind, he addressed everything I wanted to know, I even needed to get a bigger storage after paying for a smaller one he got right on it and I was so happy.. He is customer service.

They were super busy the Sunday I went in to move in. But they provided an estimate of time and stuck to it. They were detail oriented their units are super clean and it was overall a great experience. Richard even called afterward to make sure I was able to get into my unit ok. Love this place

The only concern/complaint I have for this facility is that the aisles for driving vehicles in and out of seem too small. It would be great if it were easier to get trucks with trailers in and out with no worries.

THe online part was easy, but what amazed me are the employees that helped me when I moved in. I had a hard time getting started on my move in due to job changes and other major life events. Each employee (tree total) in two weeks had ensured a seamless check in.
