Pricing decent for a 10X10, location is not too sketchy, and the unit itself is very clean. However, make sure to read the fine print. I thought I was renting a space on the first floor; turned out to be the second floor. Management was very friendly and helpful, just a little cold at first because I accidentally knocked some tiles off of the front awning with my U-Haul truck.
